- All personal data (mood logs, goals, settings, preferences) is stored locally on your device only
- We do not collect, store, or transmit personal information to our servers
- If you delete the App, all your data is permanently deleted
- Anonymous usage statistics may be collected for App improvement (you can opt out in settings)

5. Content & Intellectual Property
